This article will show how you can easily add “subusers” to your ElixirNode game panel. Adding a subuser allows you to add another person to manage your server. You can give and remove permissions from these subusers, meaning they will only be able to access certain features on the panel, like editing the database, deleting and uploading files, etc.
STEP 1
Login to the game panel and click “Manage” next to the server you would like to add a subuser to.
STEP 2
On the left side of the screen, press the “Subusers” tab.
STEP 3
Press the “Create New” button on the right side of the screen.
STEP 4
Enter the email address of the person you would like to make a subuser.
STEP 5
Choose the permissions you would like to give to the subuser you are adding, or press “Select All” to select all of the permissions and grant the subuser full panel access. These permissions can be given or revoked in the future after the subuser is added.
STEP 6
After entering the correct email address and permissions, press the “AddNew Subuser” button. If all goes well, you will get a “successfully assigned a new subuser to this server” message. The subuser added will get an email notifying them that they now have access to the panel.
