24-Hour Refund Policy

We offer a 24 hour money back guarantee refund policy for all new clients on our Game and Website hosting services, with exceptions. You must cancel the service as immediate cancellation within the 24 hours and not have had any active orders previously nor a previously active client account, it must be the first service you have ever purchased from ElixirNode and it must be purchased on the monthly billing cycle only. Otherwise, beyond 24 hours immediate cancellation of your service refunds are not possible except at the discretion of the management team. We will compensate for any issues with the service appropriately. Disputes/Chargebacks are not permitted and will result in the termination of your account and services as well as a referral to a credit collections agency should a chargeback be won fraudently. Refunds can be credits or original payment method, at the discretion of management. You have no right to receive the refund as original payment method. Please note that as of recently, we will charge you a fee for all original payment method refunds if approved as PayPal and other services no longer refund service charges anymore even after a refund. Additionally, due to this change, we will also no longer be considering original payment refunds beyond $10 USD, except in very exceptional circumstances at the full discretion of management.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for our 24-hour money back guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Service must be cancelled as immediate cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
• You must not have had any active orders previously
• You must not have had a previously active client account
• It must be the first service you have ever purchased from ElixirNode
• The service must be purchased on the monthly billing cycle only

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds can be credits or original payment method, at the discretion of management. You have no right to receive the refund as original payment method.

Please note that as of recently, we will charge you a fee for all original payment method refunds if approved as PayPal and other services no longer refund service charges anymore even after a refund.

Additionally, due to this change, we will also no longer be considering original payment refunds beyond $10 USD, except in very exceptional circumstances at the full discretion of management.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Disputes/Chargebacks are not permitted and will result in the termination of your account and services as well as a referral to a credit collections agency should a chargeback be won fraudently.

If you have any billing concerns, please contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Refunds After 24 Hours

Beyond 24 hours immediate cancellation of your service refunds are not possible except at the discretion of the management team. We will compensate for any issues with the service appropriately on a case-by-case basis.

Automatic Subscriptions

You are fully responsible and in control of automatic subscriptions made to ElixirNode, if an issue is to occur please cancel the subscription, you can re-subscribe on the next invoice. Attempting to receive a refund with reasons tied to automatic subscriptions are not acceptable, please read term III for more information.
